Saint Andrews is a town in Charlotte County, New Brunswick. The town is considered a national historic site of Canada with many structures having the classical architecture and layout of an 18th century British colonial settlement. A French missionary gave the town its name after arriving in the area on Saint Andrew’s Day.

The council offers performing arts courses and workshops in a variety of disciplines, including opera, drama, and dance.
